About the Speaker: Loretta is currently, a substitute teacher with Toledo Public School. In 1980, she received her BS from South Carolina State College in Mathematics and Computer Science. She worked at Owens Corning and Maritz Research accumulating over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. She has great analytical, collaboration and design skills. In December, 2015 she completed her MA program and received her degree in April 2016 in Management and Leadership from Liberty University. Recently, she spent a short period contracting as a Business Analyst where she utilized agile scrum principles. She is transitioning into educating young students matriculating into their next academic level on the importance of Effective Leadership. Her passion is to become an Entrepreneur developing effective leaders.
