President-Elect

Shirley Trail recently worked as an IT Relationship Manager / Project Manager at Mercy Health; and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  She has over 21 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and Healthcare Operations serving in various team and leadership roles.  She obtained and completed her MBA from Tiffin University and BA from the University of Toledo. 

Shirley has been a board member for over four years and is currently the VP Programs for the Western Lake Erie Chapter. She is an adjunct instructor at Mercy College teaching IT Healthcare Administration courses.   She enjoys reading, exercise, and is currently starting a new IT Business Specialist / Project Management position at HCR Manor Care.
