Kristen is a Senior Project Manager and the head of the project management department at the jdi group, Inc., an A&E consulting firm located in Maumee, OH.  She obtained her BSEE at the University of Toledo and worked for over fifteen years designing and implementing control systems for packaging conveyors and machinery in food and pharmaceutical facilities. After transitioning to a full time project management position in 2007, she joined the Western Lake Erie chapter of PMI in 2009 and obtained her PMP certification in 2011. She has successfully managed both domestic and international engineering projects ranging in size and complexity from several thousand to over $2MM in project value in the food, glass, chemical, and manufacturing sectors.
