How Do We Avoid Scope Creep?

9781554891627_front_cvrRobert K. Wysocki writes on sustaining client ownership of a project on the book The Keys to Our Success.

In his words “Lack of client involvement has been identified as a major reason for project failure. I would add that it’s not only important to have clients involved, but involvement must also be meaningful involvement.”

His key suggestion? Adopt a practice where you and the client co-manage the project.  Some good stuff here.  The Keys to Our Success is available on in hard copy or e-version.
