SCHEDULE

Chapter MeetingsHeld on the second Tuesday of each month from September through May, these virtual sessions take place at 12:00 PM (ET) and feature guest speakers on a variety of professional topics. Designed as a “lunch and learn” format, they offer valuable insights and engagement during the midday hour.

Board MeetingsTypically scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month, also from September through May, these meetings are held online from 6:30–7:30 PM (ET) and focus on chapter planning, operations, and strategic initiatives.

Annual January Planning MeetingEach January, we host an in-person planning session to kick off the year. This extended meeting runs for at least four hours and includes breakfast and lunch provided by the chapter.

Professional Development Days (PDDs)We host two PDDs annually—one in April and one in October. These hybrid events (in-person and virtual) offer high-quality learning opportunities and excellent networking, with participation being optional but highly encouraged.

Summer Social EventTo foster community and connection, we aim to host a casual networking event in July, where appetizers and beverages are provided by the chapter.
